It appears when you’re trying to link multiple social network accounts to your Asphalt Legends game profile. 
Since a recent update, the game supports a single active game account per device. If you try to switch it to another account, you will face this account conflict. 

How to fix it:

- Make sure you’re logged into the correct social network account (Gameloft ID, Google Play, Game Center, Apple ID, Xbox, etc.) in the corresponding social network app or your device settings.
- If you you've already logged into an incorrect account, please log out of it and sign in with the one that was originally linked to the Asphalt Legends account with your highest progress.
Note that there is no log-out option inside the game, so this must be done in your device or social network app settings.

Once the correct account is signed in, restart the game and your game profile should load.
The conflict screen will keep appearing until you log in with the correct social network account. 

Please also note that we can’t see or manage your personal login details, so remembering the correct account (email and password) is something you’ll need to handle on your side.
