Simply log in to the same Gameloft Club or Sign in with Apple account you previously used in the game. Please note that, due to legal requirements, access to SNS and social features in the game is unavailable for some players.
 
You also have the option to transfer your progress this way (for iOS devices only):
 
Using a wireless connection
1. Make sure that your current device is connected to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth is on. Turn on your new device and place it near your current device. Follow the onscreen instructions to get started.
2. Connect your device to Wi-Fi or your device's cellular network. You might be asked to activate your cellular service.
3. Set up Face ID or Touch ID.
4. Choose how you want to transfer directly from your previous device. You'll need to wait for the transfer to complete on both devices before you can use them.
5. Keep your devices near each other and plugged in to power until the data migration process is complete. Transfer times can vary based on factors such as network conditions and the amount of data being transferred.
   
Using a wired connection   
1. Connect the USB-C Charge Cable to the charging ports of your previous iPhone and your new iPhone. 
2. Turn on both devices and follow the onscreen instructions.
3. Connect your new iPhone to Wi-Fi or your device's cellular network. You might be asked to activate your cellular service.
4. Set up Face ID.
5. You'll need to wait for the transfer to complete on both devices before you can use them. Transfer times can vary based on factors such as network conditions and the amount of data being transferred.
 
Although you do have the option to play on multiple devices, we recommend that you play on one device at a time to avoid progress conflicts.
