The Magic Pedestal is a small stand next to a Zone's landmark Attraction (like California Screamin') that is tied to a Zone's Thrill Level. It generates Magic over time based on your current Thrill Level in that zone. After a period of time, the pedestal will be "full" and you will need to collect from it in order for it to continue to generate Magic.
