Magic will continue to generate at the rate of your current Thrill Level. If your Thrill Level goes down to zero, the timer will continue, but you won't generate more Magic.
Once the timer finishes, you can collect the Magic you have generated.
If your Thrill Level is restored, the Magic Pedestal will begin generating more Magic from the time it's restored and until the timer completes.
