During each mini event and limited-time event, you can find extra side quests that reward Dreamsparks. During the event, look for event quests with the Dreamsparks icon in the left quest panel. One questline unlocks with the premium character, the other through regular event progress. You can also check the game Shop for more Dreamsparks.
