Yes. We introduced this feature with the new update. It is nestled in the Multiplayer menu and is unlocked upon reaching 20 Flags. You and your friends will be able to choose the track and race side by side with any of the cars unlocked in your Garage. Note: You can use either a controller or a keyboard.
