Unfortunately, Asphalt Legends UNITE does not support progress synchronization between Nintendo Switch™ and other platforms. While the game does offer cross-play features, cross-save is not available. This means you won’t be able to transfer or synchronize your game data between Nintendo Switch™ and other platforms. It is, however, possible to request a one-time progress transfer between platforms from our Customer Care team. Note that, as the name implies, this transfer can only be done once per account. Additionally, please be aware of the following consequences:
- You will lose all of your progress in Time-Limited Events, Special Events, and Multiplayer from the platform you're leaving.
- Your current Club progress will not be transferred. You will need to create a new Club on the new platform and invite players from there. If you are currently the leader of a Club, we recommend that you appoint one of your top Club members as the new leader before the transfer in order to ensure your Club continues to thrive.
- We will be able to restore any purchased Passes for you.
