It is possible to transfer or synchronize your game progress between iOS and macOS. In order to do this, you just need to log in using your Apple ID or Game Center within the game settings (Options icon in the upper-right corner of the main screen => Gameloft Connect menu => Connect) on your initial device, and then log in to the same social network account on your second device.
