With recent updates, navigating upward to access the top menu has been removed. To open it, please use the right stick as a button (R3 button on PlayStation®), and push it straight down into the controller. This is now the only way to access that menu on Xbox / PlayStation® / Nintendo Switch™.
We understand this change might be a bit confusing at first, and we're sorry for the inconvenience. Rest assured, the feature is still available -- just accessed differently now.
