Power Relays are buildings that distribute Power in order for your buildings to function properly. The distance (in tiles) that dictates which buildings they can power is called the Power Range. It can be increased by upgrading the Main Power Supply, but it can also be decreased if you choose to Overcharge a Power Relay.
