The News feed is a feature which aims to show you all the important stuff that is happening in your Realm -- top Factions in a finished Faction event, players who are one of the first who managed to build a high-level Headquarters or defeat a high-level Renegade Camp, etc. It also gives us an opportunity to make special announcements like Server Maintenance messages or post a message from our Community Managers.
