Unfortunately, all benefits will be lost. Some of the benefits, like Research Speed, will be lost after the research is finished. Maintain a good relationship with your Faction members to avoid such losses.
After I leave or have been kicked out of a faction, what happens to the benefits from researches that I contributed toward?
