We've noticed that there's some confusion about the conditions for getting an Engineer from a mine. First, you need to gather all resources from a mine in order to get an Engineer. Second, Engineers are available only for a certain period of time during an Event and this period doesn't necessarily correspond to the time frame of the actual Event.
