Cash can be earned using a variety of methods: such as completing Story Missions, Challenge Missions, collecting from owned Landmarks, looting from killed enemies, Daily Rewards, etc.

You also can exchange Diamonds into Cash at the appropriate sub-menu of the Main Menu or directly by purchasing a Cash-priced item (if you haven't enough Cash).
