A Gang is a social way to make collective progress in cooperation with other players. You can join a Gang at the Main Menu, under Gangs. You can search for a specific team, join one of the Gangs suggested, or create your own Gang in the same menu.

Gangs are key to the social experience in Gangstar Vegas. Join a Gang to unlock new type of events, Gang-specific rewards, and Gang chat.
