You get VIP bonuses by reaching the VIP level associated with those bonuses. The list of bonuses for each and every level is shown in the VIP System screen. You can increase your VIP level by getting VIP Points, which you earn for every in-game purchase that you make. The more purchases, the more points, the more special bonuses!
