Please try these steps; they usually help to resolve most connectivity problems:
- Make sure your Wi-Fi network is stable and password-protected.
- Close any background apps.
- Power off your device for a couple of minutes.
If the steps above don't help, reinstall the game completely (only if your profile is connected to a social network).
If you are using Android, please try doing this:
- Clear the game cache: Go to the device Settings - Application Manager (or Apps).
- Find the game app, and then tap the app icon.
- Tap Force Stop - Clear Cache, then reboot your device.
NOTE: Do not tap the Clear Data icon, as it might clear all game data and progress.
