There may be a few reasons why you cannot find your friend on the Island. The first reason is you may be playing offline. Be sure to complete your lessons from TU-T0R to get online for the first time, and if you have done this, check your internet connection. If you are online, it is possible that your friend is on a different Island, or the Island your friend is playing on is full. Try creating a Group and inviting them onto your Island, or, you can ask them to invite you to their Group. Groups are automatically transported to the same Island so that members can play together.
