Unfortunately, due to platform restrictions, PlayStation doesn't support cross-save.
While PlayStation users can participate in cross-play with other platforms through the use of in-game multiplayer features (ie. DreamSnaps), it is not currently possible to synchronize your progress from other platforms/consoles with your PlayStation account progress.
