We are aware of an issue in Settings → Graphics where the “Offset Time of Day” slider cannot be moved to the left when players try to adjust it.
Our team is currently working on a fix for this issue. 
In the meantime, as a temporary workaround, you can select “Default Settings”, which will reset the time of day to the current in-game time.
