We're sorry to hear that Lumiere is stuck in the wall -- we know how frustrating it is when an NPC blocks your progress. Our team is actively looking into the collision issues in Elsa's Ice Cavern. You may be able to nudge him loose by exiting and re-entering the cavern or by asking another character to "hang out" with you.
