We are aware of the issue where some quest items can be shown as 2x2 in your Inventory. Our team is currently investigating the cause and working on a fix.
After applying the red paint to the Watering Can and watering the bushes in the "Leaving Wonderland" quest, they're added to the Inventory as 2x2 items.
