We’re sorry you’re running into trouble with the door in "The Dark Castle" quest. As a quick workaround, please try approaching the door from different angles. Sometimes repositioning your character slightly (for example, approaching from the side or adjusting your camera) can allow you to pass through successfully.
I am working on “The Dark Castle” quest. I’m wearing the wings and crown and have talked to the door. I’m supposed to go through the first door, but it will not open or give me an option to interact.
