Good news — you don't need to leave the game to reach our support team! Here's how to get help quickly using the in-game QR code. 🌟

Step 1 — Find the QR code
Head to Settings → Help in the valley, scroll to the bottom, and you'll find a QR code waiting for you.

Step 2 — Scan it
Open your phone camera and point it at the QR code. Your phone browser will launch our Self-Help portal automatically.

Step 3 — Get help
Browse our help articles, or tap the chat icon to submit a support ticket directly.

Step 4 — Check back anytime
Once your ticket is submitted, you can close the browser — your ticket is saved! To check on it later, just go back to Settings → Help, scroll down, and scan the QR code again. Your ongoing conversation will be right there.

💡 Tip: There's actually a second place to find the support QR code — on the Title Screen under Settings → General. Both will get you to the same place, so use whichever is more convenient!
