If the purchase was made from an Android device and still not 48 hours have passed, you can request a refund directly to the Google Play Store.

If the purchase was made from an iOS device you can manage all your purchases yourself. Here are the steps to follow, so that you request a refund.

The refund is made only if the tickets and diamonds were not spent in the game. We can’t refund the purchases if the tickets/diamonds have already been used.
