If you still have the old device from which you use to play you can tap the settings icon in the top left corner of the Main Menu:
1 - Tap the “Account” tab on the top of the screen.
2 - Tap “Copy data” at the very bottom of the screen. This will copy your userID and password to your clipboard for you to paste it and send it to yourself via email or text message.
3 - Now get your new device and tap the settings icon in the top left corner of the Main Menu. Then tap the “Account” tab on the top of the screen.
4 - Tap “Switch account”.
5 - Enter or paste the userID and password on the corresponding fields and tap “Confirm”.
The app should reload and switch to your account.
Remember that if your previous progress was linked to Facebook or Google, you can recover it on your own by logging in again.
If you are not able to switch or need further assistance please file a support ticket.
