If you're having technical problems, try some of the steps below:
1. Restart your device.
2. Check for available game updates in the store you downloaded the game from.
3. Check for available software updates for your device.
4. Make sure your device meets the minimum system requirements for proper gaming.
*Any Android device, with at least 2 GB of free memory and OpenGL ≥ 3.0; or any iOS device running firmware 13 (iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPad Air 2) (learn more here).
5. Delete the game and reinstall it. 

Don't worry: If your in-game profile is linked to any social media networks, you won't lose your progress!
