You can easily access the Tutorials to teach you how to play and aim in the game when first launching the title. 
If you skipped it or if you prefer taking a refresher course, the tutorial mode is also available via the Settings. 

Go to:
- Main Menu
- Settings

and access the 
- Tutorial 

The tutorial will teach you how to: 
- Control your character on the court
- Shoot the ball perfectly
- Aim in the exact directions you wish to
- Control various shots to apply effects to your ball"
