This message appears when more than one game account is linked to the same device. Since a recent update, Asphalt Legends supports only one active account per device, so switching between accounts is no longer supported.
How to fix it:
⁃ If you’re not trying to change accounts, make sure the account you’re signed into on your device (Gameloft ID, Google, Apple, Microsoft, etc.) matches the one linked to your Asphalt profile.
⁃ If you want to use a different account, contact Customer Care using the Contact Us button below and tell us which account you’d like to keep. We can unlink the other one to remove the conflict. Purchase receipts may be required to confirm ownership.
