Keep walking through the puddle – Continue stepping through it a few more times (while wearing your Rain Boots). Some players have found it can take several passes before it registers and clears.
Even if the 6th puddle visually remains, the hidden Doorbell item may have already spawned on the ground right behind the topiary near the fog wall. Scan the dirt around the last puddle to see if the pick-up prompt appears.
Check your quest tracker – See if the quest step has actually advanced despite the puddle's visual appearance.
Restart the game – If none of the above work, please fully close the game and relaunch it, then return to Honeyglow Woods and try the puddle again.
