Ursula's House can get in the way of Merlin and Ursula in this quest. We recommend that you move Ursula's house via the Furniture menu to allow them to get close enough to each other to begin the conversation.
In the "The Curse" quest, Merlin and Ursula will not talk to each other to move the quest forward.
