This issue happens if Mirabel's Mini-Casita was placed in the bottom-left corner of the Sunlit Plateau and the path to it is mostly blocked by trees on the Plateau.
After moving the Mini-Casita from the bottom-left corner of the Sunlit Plateau to another place/Biome, the "Your Sunday Best" Quest proceeds normally.
