Kindly note that we do not have the option to link an account with an email on PS4/PS5; it is simply absent from the main menu.
We still have a "save to cloud" option in the Help section, but it has nothing to do with account linking.
If you're transferring from PS4 to PS5 and would like to play with the same profile, you should just make sure you are using the same PSN profile.
