In order to find Flickers, we recommend that you use the Hourglass Royal Tool and move some buildings in your Valley. Note that Flickers may sometimes spawn on Houses.
I cannot find the 4th Flicker in the Plaza in order to complete the "The Sunken Ruins" Quest.
