To resolve the issue, please follow these steps:

•     Open the Furniture menu;
•     Select the Zero Companion House and delete it;
•     Close the Furniture menu;
•     Reopen the Furniture menu and place the Zero Companion House back in the village.

After following these steps, the house should work correctly.
