If the "You Have Mail!" quest is still active, please complete it. Afterwards, you need to place the Touch of Magic (ToM) clothing design on the mannequin inside the Boutique. If you have placed the design but still don't see the Challenge options, try restarting the game or interacting with Daisy again.

Once you've done that, the Challenge options -- such as start/cancel a Challenge and Daisy's delivery menu -- will become available in your dialogue with Daisy.
