I’m experiencing an input issue on PC, where the game does not prioritize the Windows Game Controllers “Preferred device”, nor does it allow — Disney Dreamlight Valley Help Center

Kindly note that on PC, the game can sometimes pick up input from other connected controllers (such as flight sticks, racing wheels, pedals, or similar devices) in addition to your main controller. When that happens, it may cause menu issues like the cursor getting stuck, sliders moving on their own, or menus becoming hard to use.

To fix this, please try the following:

Disconnect any extra input devices and leave only your primary controller connected (for example, an Xbox controller).
Restart the game afterward.

In most cases, this should resolve the issue right away.
