Upgrade Coins can be earned through playing different game modes, like the Season Tour, Special Events, Ranked Race, etc. There will also be Upgrade Coin offers available in the Shop.

If a player runs out of Upgrade Coins but has the required number of Racer Shards to reach the next level, it will be possible to use Tokens instead of Upgrade Coins to reach the next Racer upgrade level.
